We want you to be completely satisfied with your Leica equipment; if you are not happy with your purchase, you may return it within 14 days for a full refund or exchange. Items must be in original, mint condition with all packaging, documentation, and accessories included.

Return Process

  Email or call our specialist team to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping your item back.

  Pack Securely

  Place the item in its original product box and pack it inside a sturdy shipping carton with adequate padding to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship with Tracking

  Send your package to our Coral Gables showroom using a reliable carrier; we recommend insuring the shipment for the full value of the contents.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned gear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
